Seth is a stately, jumbly, mild-mannered, good-natured, near perfect old man. We know we're biased, but we do mean it when say we think he's as absolutely perfect as its possible to find. Seth is about 12 years old, and as even tempered and relaxed as they come. He has a nubby little tail that hits warp speed when there is food around. And don't mention "butt scratchies" within his hearing range, or you will be there for quite some time - they are his all time favorite! He moves like a Great Dane- slow, steady, graceful. He is roughly 95 lbs, but he thinks he is a much smaller dog. He is very submissive. He gets along great with our little dogs in particular and has been known to ramble the property with them. He walks well on a leash, although he is somewhat creaky these days and isn't excited about long walks. When he is very bored with nothing to fill his time, he enjoys working on digging; we think he has a real future as a landscape architect. He is very gentle with people and pups alike. We don't think he'd have any issues with cats, but we are willing to test for an approved applicant. He rides well in a car. He takes daily ointment in his eyes; he has somewhat dry eyes due to age; there are no long term concerns in this department. He has no long term health issues.

We are a rescue located in Fort Valley, GA. All dogs coming from Peach County Animal Rescue are spayed/neutered and vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Each dog is also heartworm tested and treated monthly with heartworm prevention. Our adoption fees range from $175-350+. On average, our fees are $250. Fees are higher for dogs that came to us with additional things like professional training (i.e. service dog, working dog). We look forward to hearing from you!
